As a Web Hosting Provider (“WHP”), we offer our customers the means to acquire and disseminate a wealth of public, private, commercial and non-commercial information. We also want our customers to be fully informed of their rights and obligations — and ours — in connection with their use of the Internet. This Network Access Policy, which supplements and explains certain terms of each customer’s respective services agreement (the “Services Agreement”), is intended as a plain English guide to those rights and obligations.All work is done on a Time and Material basis and all invoices are due on receipt. Client can choose an hourly or monthly plan.It is clients responsibility Respond to queries raised by FSTe ch within 2-3 days of FSTech Technology’s request to avoid delays in project.

Internet is not bound to countries and physical boundaries. It has it’s own ETIQUETTE’S and PRIVACY of ELECTRONIC MAIL. Anyone who is trying to SEND UNSOLICITED MAIL in India or abroad is TRYING TO INVADE PRIVACY, which directly violates our policy.

Client is responsible for procuring and providing access to licenses for any software needed for this project.If any APIs or dependencies are there due to a 3rd party vendors or component, then it is clients responsibility for communicating with them as well as for procurement of such components.Shall not try directly or indirectly to induce the employees or the management team working on the project, to make any alterations in the project or to perform any other related work/project outside the scope of the agreement, at an unofficial level.

For these reasons, customers violate our policy and the Services Agreement when they, their affiliatesor subsidiaries engage in the following activities:

• Spamming
• Copyright violation

The Client shall not be entitled to have the access to the source code unless all pending dues are cleared in time.All work and engagement between Faststream Technologies and Client shall be governed by the laws.
